A man’s true character is shown in times of adversity. His true nature surfaces when he is faced with difficult decisions. It is the way of the world: to test us for weaknesses and flaws, to teach us valuable lessons as we move through life.

Monday I am scheduled for a small surgery. Nothing too complicated. Or dangerous. By Monday I need to come up with the needed funds to pay for said surgery: about six hundred dollars. Money that I do not have. Which is why I find myself having to ask for help. From anyone who wants and can afford to offer help. Every contribution counts, every donation matters. Given the urgency of the situation.

You can read more about my situation here and here.

If you want to help me out, you can contribute any amount you see fit here. There are also rewards if you donate certain amounts.

There’s nothing else to say.

    Wow! Amen.
Prayers are important too. I pray God provides and perfects.

Adversity surely bring out someones character, but I firmly believe in the words of Abraham Lincoln: “Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man’s character, give him power.”
