It is estimated that a person has anywhere between 50,000 and 70,000 thoughts per day.
It might not seem like much, but one of the most advanced supercomputers simulated human thought for one second… it took 40 minutes of calculations.
In other words, 82 thousand processors worked on this.
The human mind is truly magical, capable of more than we can even begin to imagine.
Our thoughts dictate our destiny. The way we feel, they manner in which we speak, the way we act.
Without doubt, we are what we think.
Our thoughts about ourselves, about others, about life influence our feelings and emotions.
Even the strongest of emotions, such as fear, are nothing but the product of our minds. Fear is self-imposed, an often unnecessary limitation.
Our thoughts shape our destiny. Our work habits, our relationships, the level of happiness, ambition, success, all are determined by what we think.
That’s why what we think about tends to happen.
And, no, it’s not some bizarre law of the Universe. Fears and dreams don’t miraculously materialize.
It’s simple, really. Our thoughts dictate our actions.
We are what we think, and nothing more.
Very well written. I think I will be quite successful. Thinking it is the first step.

I agree with this, but at the same it can be hard to grasp it and apply to everyday life in terms of being positive. For some reason, I find that I can tend to focus on negative feelings more than positive ones.
