Try and fail

Failure is the building block of success. Failure is what’s probably going to happen when you step outside your comfort zone.

Simply put, whenever you’re going to try something for the first time, you’ll probably fail. But it’s the only way you’ll ever be able to learn how to do it.

In theory there’s no difference between theory and practice, but… from a practical standpoint there is a difference.

The only to learn how to do something is to do it. And you’ll fail. Over and over again. Better and better until you get it perfectly.

The idea is to welcome failure as feedback. Nothing more, nothing less. Of course, failure hurts our egoes, but we should also understand that failure is a lesson. There’s more to learn, something to improve upon.

Of you invest time and energy you can turn any failure into success.

It is that simple.

But is anything but easy…

We must learn from them the power of determination and one should not lose hope…

  4. To be persistent is one of the main important qualities ever! Thank you for this post!

  5. Failure does hurt our egos and makes us want to give up. Someone said failing is falling down, its refusing to get up on your feet.

Like Thomas Edison said, “I haven’t failed; I’ve just found ten thousand ways that don’t work.”

  7. It’s so true! Taking every failure as feedback is beyond important. I’ve been trying to see it as such.

Very true, accepting failure is underappreciated but it will help in the long run which I have to remind myself of.
