Waiting

Hoping for something does not make it so. Desire without action is like a bird without wings. It is self-destructive even.

Waiting for something to happen guarantees one of two things:

When you’ll get it, you won’t know what to do with it, or you won’t appreciate it. Either way, sooner or later you’ll lose it.

You’ll never get it.

If you don’t ask, the answer will always be “no.”

It’s that simple.

If you do not dare ask the world for what you want, demand it with your words and actions, then you’ll never have it.

So many of us waste our lives waiting.

Don’t wait.

Wishful thinking never made anyone great.

Dreams don’t come true. You make them come true.
