  1. Nice man yeah help her out bit of advertising. Its quite possible to do, cept i never needed a bypass i was 120kg about 7 years ago. I dont even eat potato’s now cause of all the pesticides in most. There’s alot that can be done to lose weight, dont even really need to exercise although it helps. Here’s a weird one for ya, if i could eat curry for breakfast daily i would. This truck driver in the UK was very overweight and switched to curry’s for breakfast he lost a ton of weight. Also eating sugar at night is about the worst thing you could do hehe. I’ll stop there.
