What to Do About Haters

The Art of Blogging

“Any fool can criticize, condemn and complain… and most fools do.”Dale Carnegie

Blog long enough and at some point someone’s going to have something to say about something you’ve written, and they might strongly disagree with your views, or your sense of humor, or even the way you write.

Depending on the way they let you know that they hate your blog, you might want to punch them in the throat, give up on blogging, or even go live on a deserted island.

The truth is that criticism is just a part of life. Whenever you do or say something, some folks will be critical.

After all, what you’d choose? To be hated by some, or to be ignored by everyone?

We all know the answer to that question, so here are the best ways to go about haters hating on your stuff.

  1. Respond to every one of their harsh or unfair criticisms / general hate by returning the compliment and throwing “Your Mum” in at the start. Equally effective not to mention a great way to amuse yourself is by repeating their exact words but in a childish mimicking tone of voice.

Never gets old, never stops being funny and never fails to really irk and leave haters short of much else to say.
