Rome Wasn’t Built in a Day…

…but they worked on it every single day.

We often think of success as a singular moment. The fight that wins the championship, the last game of the tournament, the speech, the novel that changes everything.

Well, it’s not like that.

Success is a bunch of small steps in the right direction, the same way failure is taking steps in the opposite direction of your dreams.

Heaven and Hell are right here. Stare a man who has lost everything in the eyes and you’ll see Hell. Talk to someone who imagined something into existence and worked and worked to make it come to live, and you’ll hear about Heaven.

Success is a lot of small things done well. A lot of small actions done with the clear intent of each and every single one of them being as close to perfect as possible.
