I’m not at all surprised. Customer support is getting worse and worse in general. Adobe, like Microsoft, thinks they have a monopoly with their products though, so they feel even less inclined than most companies to do right by their customers. Typically the only answer there that’s worked for me is to complain loudly on social media and go to government regulatory agencies.
In the mean time, you may want to look into alternatives like Gimp as a substitute for Photoshop. Free and it does almost everything PS does. Let your readers know what viable alternatives you find there. ;)

The fact that there’s no alternative is the most frustrating part. It’s not just Photoshop, I also use Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition to edit my podcasts.
But I did make a lot of noise on social media, including replying to some of their tweets, and it seems that the problem was fixed. Or so they say. They were quite fast and helpful after I wrote this blog post.

Funny how that works, LOL.
There ARE alternatives to every one of Adobe’s products. GIMP (forgot what the acronym is but the name isn’t very PC, lol), was just one example. It just takes some digging to find them, and a little learning.
Hmm, I think you’ve given me an idea for a blog post. :D

And here you go: free options for nearly every Adobe product out there except Dreamweaver:

It took me eight hours to put that post together.
